The third edition of Transforming Together: A Guide to Community-Based Care in Texas is now available. This guide has been updated to reflect the progress of Community-Based Care (CBC) implementation over the last two years. The Community-Based Care Guide lays out how the Texas child welfare system will change as the scope and role of CBC expands. In addition, the guide offers insight into how local CASA programs could be affected by the implementation of CBC.
