Texas CASA has invited experts in education benefits to come explain everything about the ETV and other college resources for foster care alumni. Participants will learn what the ETV is and how to apply, what the tuition and fee waiver is and how to access it, and about other resources such as transition centers and higher education liaisons. Jamie Bernstein, Assistant Director of the Supreme Court of Texas Children’s Commission, and Brandi Purswell, ETV Specialist, present.
