Lauren Paver of Higher Order Consulting discusses how visionary planning during times of disruption can help CASA programs thrive through transformation. The webinar encourages board members to take advantage of this time of “liminal space” to prepare for the future of the program. Also included are suggestions for how local board members can leverage periods of change by providing group discussion activities. Participation by one board member will satisfy the funding requirement for the FY20 Local Board Officer Development training.
